Lamabali

Lamabali is a multidisciplinary performance that blends poetry, music, movement and immersive multimedia into a singular theatrical experience. Exploring themes of repair, recalibration and remembrance, the work interrogates displacement and historical harm while considering how archiving, naming and honouring lived experience can become acts of deep repair.

Through poetry that confronts systemic violence, colonial legacies and intergenerational resilience, Lamabali reclaims storytelling as a reparative practice. The performance reflects on the possibilities of meaningful cultural and social repair, inviting audiences into a space of remembrance, reflection and renewal.
